If you want to take part in the camp but you are NOT a citizen of one of the European countries you will need to follow extended registration process. We will ask you to fill in the Non-European application form in which you will describe your organizational background. Along with this form we'll ask you to send us recommendations from person's with/for whom you've been working or collaborating. Once you have all the documents you'll have to send them by e-mail to 2010@zabinki.pl.
If you are a citizen of a European country, which is not a member of the European Union, you have to follow a similar procedure, however use non-EU application form.
30th of June is the final deadline for registration of participants from non-EU countries. Verification of the documents may take up to a week. After that time we'll inform you about the results by e-mail. In case your application is rejected please be understanding as the number of places for non-European participants is limited.

What is "PayPal"?
PayPal is an international on-line payment system, which pay on-line for the camp without leaving the zabinki website. After you decide upon the financial condition of your participation in the registration form (fee and optionally: discount and paintball fee) you will be able to immediately pay the chosen amount. In order to use this opportunity you need a credit or debit card.
Hide
Can I pay the fee on the arrival?
The whole fee - no. However, it is possible to pay the remaining part of the fee, once you've transfered 70 EUR of pre-payment. Why is it so? There are so many applications for camp, but we have limited places. Therefore, it is so important to us to have the number of participants and their names confirmed before the camp begins. From our six-year experience in registering international participants to different projects we know that the best way to confirm somebody's attendance in the event is receiving his/her fee earlier.

What do I need to bring with me to the camp?
First of all take with you a pair of comfortable shoes and a track suit some or some other sports wear. Even if you're not much into sports it'll come in handy for team building. Swimsuits for water activities are obligatory! Sun cream and sun glasses would be a nice addition.
For 80's party you'll need some fancy dress and crazy accessories. Don't forget about multi-culti night and bring some of your national specialties to show and share it with your new friends from another countries.
Another useful tips: a big torch for race in the forest, mosquito repellent, raincoat, some old pieces of clothing if you plan to take part in paintball.
